Welcome to the University of Manitoba Investment Group website. It’s going to be an exciting year for UMIG, we’re hosting the second annual UMIG Stock Market Competition in September, we have the UMIG Wine and Cheese Event in December and of course the highly anticipated New York Finance Trip in January. And if that’s not enough we also expanded the number of group meetings and workshops, where we learn about investing, build the UMIG stock portfolio, listen to amazing guest speakers and discuss the latest financial topics.

Please note the following changes to the UMIG Calendar.

The Investment Councillor speaker has been moved from Feb 23, to March 15.

The wine and cheese has been moved from December 1st to March 1st. As such, meeting #9 has been cancelled.
